About the Project

This long time popular outdoor retail center in Miami was in need of some minor updates due to years of extreme weather exposure and some updates in style. This study explored the replacement new concrete pavers, columns covers, rail system as well as updates to the ambient lighting.  These simple changes will help to keep this center inviting and fresh.
