About The Building

The Villagio Professional Office Building was selected as the winner of the design competition held by The Villagio Coproration.  The design consisted of a 30,000 s.f. office condominium in Fayetteville, NC. The site was located along Bragg Blvd. and was part of a larger development of luxury apartments that was under construction. The design intent was to meet base LEED certification. A green roof and roof seating area were implemented to activate the exterior space located alongside the penthouse office.
