About The Building

Eastgate Shopping Center is a 100,000 s.f. retail center located in Heckler Village in Richmond, Virgina. The retail center is perched next to the middle school in a residential neighborhood. Eastgate was designed to fulfill the needs of this neighborhood while providing a pedestrian friendly shopping environment. The existing center was deemed unfit to be renovated which lead to development of a new site plan for the parcel of land.
