About The Building

The Coliseum Shops is a 218,000 s.f. retail project originally completed in the 1970s. With 1,600 feet of frontage along Independence Blvd., Coliseum Shops sits seeking to thrive in a growing area of the major avenue. Our work with the project consists of a renovation of the existing retail center and outparcels. Creating a new retail experience that will help this center  flourish under new ownership while pulling from the existing design integrity within the building informed our work in the design.
