About the Project

The Christiansburg MarketPlace is not unique to the fact that this tired retail strip center needed a new life. BHM and the developers came together to look at ways to re-purpose many of the existing structures while adding new. The master plan is continually changing as the leasing develops and new opportunities arise.  The project has everything, from new retail small shops, renovated strip retail, new and re-purposed anchors and JR anchors, outparcels, hotel, medical office and independent living.
