About The Building

Ashley Landing Shopping Center is a 300,000+ s.f. retail center located in the West Ashley neighborhood in Charleston, South Carolina. The original shopping center, built in the early 1960s, was a partially enclosed shopping mall. After renovation, the new Ashley Landing Shopping Center features as a neighborhood center for a rapidly growing area in Charleston. A grocery store anchors the center with junior anchors and small shops flanking with outparcels complementing the shopping center.
