About the Building

1800 Central Office building is located in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood.  The  3 story, 27,000 sf building is reminiscent of the red clay brick warehouse buildings that remain in the area. The vertical feature creates a moment along the street to signify the entry. This feature also helps to break the building language allowing for a variety in glazing patterns and brick colors. The masculine exterior is carried inside with the same rich color palette making for a very cohesive feeling inside and out.
