Phipps Plaza is in the heart of the Atlanta, Georgia Buckhead area. BHM was called in to complete the addition of the Media wall cladding.  After a few studies, a metal panel surround was selected and implemented to complete the plaza courtyard. On the other side of the property, BHM worked with the Simon team to develop concepts for more Luxe branding and customer experiences. The empty tenant space adjacent to the mall entry offers a perfect spot to provide a VIP lounge and valet waiting area. These studies allow our client the opportunity to market and secure funding to allow these ideas to become reality.
