About The Building

Park @ Montford was designed to fit contextual needs. With an increasing number of apartment buildings recently competed in the area, a growth of business in the neighborhood has occurred. The office building was designed as office above a first floor of retail space. Grounding the site back to the neighborhood, a string of townhouses were developed connecting back to Drexmore Avenue. Due to the increase in density along Park Road, a responsive design increase in the housing typology density to fit the urban lifestyle was developed.
