Home Trust Bank, headquartered in the mountain city of Asheville, NC, was looking to establish a regional headquarters in Charlotte, NC and called upon BHM to make this happen. They chose to remodel an existing 40,000 sf building in the bustling South Park area. The renovation transformed a dated existing building into a new retail branch.  Local residents now can be provided service on the ground floor. HR, IT, Treasury Management, Finance, Small Business, and Mortgage departments, as well as a beautiful new break lounge and meeting spaces,  were provided on the upper and lower levels. This renovation brought to life an outdated building that needed a complete renovation on the exterior with all new glazing, roofing, site improvements, and a complete renovation on the interior.
