Town 1 Mixed use development includes an area for local and national outparcels and services which serve the surrounding community, as well as new development. BHM provided studies and design ideas showing how these building could blend into the fabric of the larger development. Relationships and cohesiveness of material and design throughout is important, as we want the different areas to feel unique yet related,  where each has its own individual style while still connecting through similar color palettes and design elements.
