Potomac Mills, a Simon Property, located just outside of DC in Woodbridge Virginia. It is a bustling shopping center that was ready for a dining make-over. Our design intent played off the existing asymmetric geometry of the space. We introduced angled floating cloud ceilings with fun geometric lighting layouts and pendants. The clouds along with a bright new floor tile helped to create “rooms” which anchor the new seating pods. Two large, color changing LED column covers add some pop when needed, while illuminated most of the time in a soft white.  The new glowing entry portal with signage welcomes all to the dining wing. Lets not forget a refresh to the restrooms too, simple and clean. Overall, this was a fun, quick remodel with a big impact.
