About The Building

This project was to serve as an addition to the Gateway development. Residential, office, retail, and a hotel were spaces designed for the site located at W 4th Street and Johnson and Wales Way. In order to keep the existing pedestrian axis that crosses through Johnson and Wales campus as well as through the previous Gateway office development, a plaza was designed to split up the spaces into two separate buildings.
