About The Building
On the outskirts of Charlotte NC where Highway 21 comes within sight of Interstate 77 located in a popular recreational region called Lake Norman a new town has been designed incorporating traditional town planning concepts augmented by resort style architecture sympathetic to the history of Cornelius and the lake. The project is centered on an elaborate village green with sidewalk oriented retail, pedestrian amenities, and community functions, such as art fairs and Friday night movies for all.
