About The Building

The Cottages on Providence is a luxury townhome development located at the corner of Providence Road and Providence Drive in Charlotte. One of the key design components of these residential units was to bring the outside in and the inside out through an architectural language that keeps both sets of spaces open but well-defined. Increasing the filigree along the transition between interior and private garden spaces fuels this notion. A combination of brick and cedar shake siding keep with the material context of the neighborhood.
